Terms of Use
1. Project and scope
These terms describe Hamburg Housing Search, a limited, operator-managed personal housing-search application. They apply only to this application and its information pages, not to ONYX, its trading software, subscriptions or existing terms. These pages do not create a paid subscription or a rental agreement.
2. Authorization and accurate information
Only connect an account you own or are authorized to manage. The applicant or their authorized representative must provide accurate, current preferences and information and have authority to use any supplied documents. Authorizing Gmail access is distinct from authorizing particular applications, replies or appointments; the worker acts within the configured instructions and controls.
3. Automated actions and limits
When enabled and authorized, the worker may read correspondence, prepare or send housing applications, reply to invitations and issue Telegram notifications. Portal support varies. A button click or outgoing email is not proof of a confirmed viewing, and a viewing is not a tenancy. No viewing, landlord approval, benefit approval, apartment allocation or uninterrupted service is guaranteed.
Third-party account restrictions, verification checks, expired sessions, provider outages and missing or inconsistent information can pause a workflow. The project does not authorize bypassing platform protections or making false declarations. Users can ask the operator to pause processing or revoke the Google connection.
4. Data and communications
The Privacy Policy explains the Gmail scope, imported information, storage, recipients and deletion process. Use a dedicated housing mailbox where possible. Only approved Telegram recipients should receive notifications. Connecting an account does not authorize publication of its messages or documents on this website.
5. Stopping and changes
Contact the project to stop service, correct information, request data deletion or discuss an action. Stopping future processing does not recall messages or applications already delivered to third parties. Material changes to permissions or purposes require prior disclosure and consent where applicable.
6. Rights and responsibility
Applicable mandatory legal rights remain unaffected. This project is an organizational tool, not legal, financial or housing-allocation advice. No paid offer or commercial service commitment is made by these pages.
